Reservations
The reservation agreement and the amendment concerning the services of Hotel Phoenix in Zermatt is for the hotel only binding if it’s confirmed by the hotel and the client. The specific benefits are based on the reservation confirmation. Notify that the person how signs for more than one room, is liable for the entire invoice of the reservation.
Arrival and departure
If no other agreement exists, the rooms are ready on the day of arrival from 3pm. The room has to be returned on departure day by 11 am.
Payment
Accepted payment methods
Cash
Visa, Master Card, American Express, Postcard, Maestro
Foreign currency
Euro payment possible, the conversion is based on the current rate
Payment for groups
Four weeks before the date of arrival advance payment of 50% of the total amount. The final bill must be paid on departure by cash or credit card.
Payment for individual travelers
The final bill must be paid at latest at departure by cash or credit card.
The hotel reserves the right to prior to arrival a credit card authorization.
Cancellations Group Reservations
After signing the contract, the following cancellation:
Up to 6 weeks before your arrival date, it is possible to cancel free of charge.
Up to 4 weeks before your arrival date 50% of the group.
Less than 4 weeks before your arrival date 100% of the group.
In case of cancellation the deposit will be deducted from the cancellation fee.
Cancellation Individual reservations
After signing the contract, the following cancellation:
To 21 days before your arrival date, it is possible to cancel free of charge.
At least 14 days before your arrival date 50% of the total amount.
Up to 7 days before your arrival date 100% of the total amount.
Shorten a stay: not spent nights will not be refunded.
Packages
When booking a package bid, the “package contents” can not be replaced, there will be no refund if not used.
Children and extra beds
Children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Older children or adults are charged CHF 80.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and must be confirmed by the hotel.
Prices
Unless otherwise stated, prices are per room, in Swiss francs, including buffet breakfast, all taxes and VAT.
A free wireless Internet access is available in the public area. Internet access via a network cable is available in the rooms and is free.
The transfer from the railway station is free from 08’00h to 19’00h. Please let us know your arrival and departure time so that we can arrange transport.
Pets
Well-behaved pets are welcome. If you bring your dog or cat please inform the reservation desk. Due to more cleaning effort, we charge a one time cleaning fee of CHF 30.00 per stay.
