Arrival by car
Zermatt is car free. Park your car in Täsch – the last village before Zermatt. In Täsch you take the train or a taxi up to Zermatt.
Please note that private traffic is not permitted without a special authorization.
Once in Zermatt call us, we organize a pick up service for you.

Arrival by train
Call us a few minutes before you arrive in Zermatt, so that we can organize pick up service for you.
The hotel is about 6-7 minutes walking distance from the trainstation.
Pick up service is only possible from 0800am to 0700pm. Thank you.
